YES it's so enchanting and kind of dark but incredibly beautiful!!

The 80s was THEE ERA for children’s fantasy movies. I mean honestly, I could binge on it for hours.. All the creatures and imagery, the storylines .. the puppets ❤

I was pregnant with my daughter who is now 36. I took a job babysitting for little boy that watched this movie over and over. I HATED it because watched so much. Never played it for my daughter. Yet, it is her favorite movie!! She said she felt she watched on repeat. Never told her the story of the babysitting. Power of the womb. She must heard it while in the womb.

I've only watched Labyrinth about twice in my life and I hated it, never got why everyone loved it so much. But now I know it's legacy and have seen its cult following, so it's apparently more to many people than an excuse to see David Bowie dancing horribly in tight pants and cat makeup.
