Right?!?! Her character was so complex and likable…the animated backstory… and the FIGHT SCENE. A beautiful deadly ballet. I hear that bamboo faucet in my dreams, I’m happy she pointed it out. The contrast of the peaceful silence of the snow covered garden vs a fight to the death. Perfect.

Lucy Liu is such an Icon. She didn't even know she was as important as she is to so many of us. I absolutely adore her and her work ❤

For being an Asian American actress who got her start in the entertainment industry at a time when there was no real talk about discrimination, stereotyping, and lack of roles for non-white actors, etc I'm sure Lucy has experienced her fair share of really awful things. I love seeing her so full of light and happiness, it really speaks to her character. And my jaw dropped when I looked up her age... she has seriously found the fountain of youth!

We deserve a Charlie’s angels 3 with the original cast ! And I always wanted a movie about Lucy’s character in Kill bill. She was phenomenal

@@Gonk Oh come on, you can't compare action situations from TV to that in the Big Leagues, ESPECIALY when it comes to hard action situations. I love Lucy Liu, ever since she was in the brief clips as a exotic dancer and yeah she still look fantastic BUT she and her fellow Angels can't do the same action situation as they done in the past because the Human Body won't allow it. The Only way if there will be a Charlie Angels three is to wrap up their legacy and past the Wings to another genration, that way, less action for them the more for the future Angels

Kill Bill was incredibly influential to my teenage self. I loved her character, and she deserves so much praise for her portrayal. Also, I love how the Birkin was “only” 3000? 5000? Dollars in that episode. They’re now… 10,000+? 😂

Did anyone else adore Lucy in Elementary? She was such a wonderful little twist on the John Watson character. Such a great show and, as always, Lucy was amazing in it.

@@alydematti He absolutely nailed how intensely creepy his character was in Charlie's Angels. I loved how scary he was. Even the weirdly intense way he was smoking was creepy, in a good way. And he was wonderful as Willard, the creepy (of course) guy who controlled rats.

Drew Barrymore legitimately seems like she is really as nice and sweet and cool as she presents herself. Very rare for hollywood stars IMO.

@@ct6852 yea, the whole series was screwy though the 5th season tried to do too much with the new characters and that whole Claire Otoms thing and such and I did stop watching it at the time the 5th season was on the air though I did watch the finale. Of course by then I started college so I was a bit busy. I learned to love the 5th season after a few viewings on Netflix years later (too bad they took it down. Is it on Hulu or Parmount+ or something?).

So much respect for her establishing in one response that we do she, it’s perfectly fine, and we can still look great without being frozen in time. “I do NOT look the same,” and she’s still awesome all these years later.

They were a great trio for a late 20th century re-make of Charlies Angels. Also Lucy was intense and so very precise and fierce in her roll in Kill Bill. I wanted, still do, to be as bad ass as Uma and Lucy were in that film.

Lucy really ate up early 00s hollywood. Even her little role in Chicago.
