Considering how many injuries & time off the bike Jeffery has had he still beats the record! He’s incredible.
Great story from Joel Smets about the time he saw Jeffrey the first time on a 80cc. 🤩🥳
Herlings is the most determined rider I’ve ever seen! To come back from all the injuries and bad luck he’s had, is simply incredible! These videos about the journey of his career are inspiring and really entertaining. I want more of them! The fastest man ever to ride a motocross bike!

I would love to see him come and run the American series for 1 year would be fun to watch!
I am a Big Smets fan , some of the races he did back in the 90’s on a sometimes unreliable Husaberg 🙌🏻👌🏻😎
I grew up with Everts But the BULLET is the best Mx rider of all time
Ita taken a few years but i have to say hes become my favourite rider in MXGP. When hes at 100% health hes as good as anyone in the world on hard pack tracks but hands down is the best sand rider ive ever seen swing a leg over a bike, period... And to think of all the adversity hes faced and injuries hes had to endure yet can make hes way back to the front is mind blowing... he may never win 10 world titles, but a prime Stefan Everts would be no match for The Bullet
Love to see the Bullet at 100% back in the States, match up against Jett Lawrence like he did to ET3.

I would like to see Herlings on a different bike and team. I wonder if he could still be champion and at the same pace. It's like what Rossi did was on Handa for 4yrs and changed to Yamaha and still won the world title 2004. And said a champion is tested by change.

@jroad100

First of all he only has 2 MXGP championships and 70% of those wins were in MX2 so it's a completely invalid comparison. It's pretty hard to call him the GOAT when Everts and Cairoli have way more wins and championships in MX1/GP than Herlings. He also has roughly the same number of MXGP wins as Gajser and 2 championships to Gajser's 4 in the same era. If you want to compare American riders Ricky Carmichael had 7 - 450 MX championships and 5 Supercross titles with 150 career wins. This was done in a 10 year career, less than Herlings currently. This puts him drastically ahead of Herlings statistically. I'm a Herlings fan but he's got a long way to go before entering the GOAT conversation. He might one day but not yet.

@@cliftonpfleger9525 By "world" you mean Europe right? There are basically no riders in the "world championship" from North America, South America, Asia, Africa or Australia? The US series ends up pulling in riders from all over the world and they are usually the top prospects from Europe and other countries, Marvin Musquin, Ken Roczen, Christophe Pourcel, Tom Vialle to name a few fairly recent names. These guys were all MX2 champions that race in the US currently. If you think the FIM world championship competition is so much better have a look at 2 time MX2 champ Tom Vialle's results in the US. I think there are great European riders in MXGP also but to claim that because you call something "world championship" that it's the most important is ridiculous.
