That was just brilliant… so exciting… I was on the end of my seat watching on KZread… each of those musicians were brilliant and Jeff… he enjoyed himself; they all did.

Missed this one but saw the Great Jeff Beck RIP in Philly 1977 with The Geat Drummer Billy Cobham Keyboardist Jan Hammer Bassist Alphonso Johnson Jeff Had a Lot of Rock Blues and Street Funk.

Terry the Boss. What a monster drummer.

Much respect to Arsenio for having a legend on.

Same here...and I remember at the end of the tune Jeff sticking his finger in his ear with that look of "hot DAMN that was LOUD!" When I saw this I was like "It's the same performance!" It can't be almost 30 years!

So true about time ❗ goes way too fast. And Jeff Beck has definitely gotten better with age 🎸

I worked for terrys band missing persons whoa I played percussion in high school this guy is the whole section to the nth power holy holy and he is so nice I could feel it when I helped set up his drum kit the man is Astounding

I never missed Jeff when he was over the air and this was live, before VCR's. Here it is to watch again. As Jay Leno said not too long ago, Jeff is the Best!!!!!!!!!!!

I think that he started using his fingers to play in 1980, but this tune is so uptempo that he preferred using a pick. A lot of bassists that are finger players, go to picks for the faster tunes.
