Jeep TJ Wrangler 4.0 Turbo 0-120km/h acceleration.
This was on a tuning day a couple of months ago so you will hear burst knock on the 2nd 3rd gear change which was pulled out immediately after this particular run so feel free not to mention it.
This run shows you just how quickly the boost builds - keep in mind this is a manual car with 3.07 diff gears and 33 inch tyres which testament to how responsive this setup was on a stock block motor and GT3582 clone with .63 exhaust A/R at just 10psi boost.
In the next week or so I am going to start a new build series on this car detailing the new forged motor which will consist of full forged internals, plus ported head, plus cam, plus bigger ball bearing turbo and more boost.
This build series will contain the fabrication process of the turbo for the new motor and turbo setup.

Hi man.just wondering what tyre your on.i have a 01 tj 4.0 aswell.i just fitted 35s and noticed the power loss down low.

32s and 33s depending in which video you are looking at.
All stock internals? Torque and HP estimate? 0-60 in under 7 seconds is quite impressive. I want to turbo my 4.0 in the future

I wouldn't doubt it, they can handle 8 pounds of boost all day with a t4

It's actually a bit quicker than that but getting traction and recording the video at the same time proved to be difficult - in any case it's a vastly Improvement over stock

Actually 05/06 Motors usually have multilayer head gaskets from the factory and seem to be happy taking much more like my example

Absolutely completely stock internally on stock Factory engine management although Tuned with HP tuners. It made 500 Newton metres of torque at the rear wheels and around 300 hp at the wheels.
