Jeep Grand Cherokee on Panther Rock | Jeep Badge of Honor Trail

Автокөліктер мен көлік құралдары

Join us as we head back to Windrock Park for another Off Road Adventure. This time we are joined by a Jeep 4xe, two Jeep Grand Cherokee and a Toyota Tacoma. Most of us on this trip had the scars to prove we were there.

Such an incredible experience! I couldn't have asked for a better group to go with for my first time offroad. I won't lie, I was nervous, but Brad kept a close eye on me and everyone taught me so much. Afterwards I couldn't stop smiling. Thank you all so much!

Man, I had forgotten how many times we all had to be winched out of sticky situations! But that was part of the fun! Frustrated? Not a bit! Not even worried, even when my white TH was in the ditch! 😅 By now, my 12th event with you all (!), Brad, I have faith in you and Lauren! How about you planning a next event in March to celebrate my 76th birthday; Katerina will be here with me from Greece! 🎉 😊

@chrisrush5166…totally agree with you! I’m in my white 2020 TH here and in Greece I have a 2016 JGC Overland Trail Rated that is even more comfortable, though slightly less capable as it is full stock; but there the terrain is a lot more forgiving and I do mild off-roading unlike here in the States.

Did that trail when it was dry and that was challenging enough for my Trailhawk!

@ParanormalHoodLiveRadio (Phew, a mouthful 😂) Agree, but my old bones appreciate the comfort of the JGC more; besides, the Trailhawk is plenty capable for my style of off-roading! 😊

@@MrKozanitishow's the Trailhawk been treating you? I'm thinking of trading my forerunner for one, the lack of power in the 4Runner is just getting tedious, I really want a Hemi!

Amazing how well the Grand Cherokees did with basically road tires. BAD idea bringing them into a muddy slippery trail though.

I’m thinking about to buy a Grand Cherokee but not sure it’s off road capability by far. But thanks to your video, I’m pretty sure I’m gonna add one on my fleet. Huge thanks from Korea.

Those Wrangler Kevlars are sub par in dry conditions, let alone wet. And with worn treads haha - hopefully he upgrades soon! Brave to do these trails with those!

@DorDor400, 😅 yes, brave…if not stupid; may I also add I am 76 years old! I had recently, but not at the same time, replaced three Wrangler Kevlar and wanted to get (some) of my money’s worth before I get next month 5 new Mickey Thompson Baja Boss A/T, 265/65r18. BUT, mind you I speak highly of the Wranglers; as you can see I have earned 15 Badges of Honor with them (4 are on back order as we speak or write 😊).

My Goodyears with Kevlar were the worst on my GC. I live in the mountains and snow was just ok. The bad part was 9 flat fixes and only 47k out of them. I’ll never purchase. Replaced with Falken AT3. First snow was 2 days ago and they did well. However, they’re brand new. We shall see as they wear.

@@MrKozanitisI ran the Kevlar 255/70/18s on mine and for street and light off road I was super impressed with the street performance . But when I swapped to cooper rugged treks in the same size I was blown away by what changing the tires did offroad! Different vehicle! I went up in size just to gain that extra bit of clearance. Excited for you! It’s a worthy upgrade! Excited to see you in the next vids with new rubber!

love watching your videos and appreciate the GC TH content but jesus, someone needs to pick who the spotter is. The lady on the camera constantly combatting you needs to find a better way to communicate with you if you are lead on that.

The woman is his wife. Lol. I think every married man in the world has been there. I agree with you. I don’t run trails a lot. However, we have always had one person giving instructions. Unless a 2nd person is assigned for example, “watch that passenger side rear and let me know if we get close to that tree”. Otherwise, it’s one person and usually the person who is best at reading lines.
