Jeep grand Cherokee driveshaft hanger bearing failure solution !!!!!!!!! ( finally)
Автокөліктер мен көлік құралдары
This is my second driveshaft that failed on me so I went with something better than oem and a lot stronger. They are called “partsbyweller” on eBay and they provide a great solution to the weak oem driveshaft that has multiple failing points.

I just bought this driveshaft for my 2011 JGC Laredo 5.7. Hopefully this will solve the clunk issue.

It’s a great investment but make sure to check your diff bushings and mounts they can also cause the same noise

@Geezygotabag008 driveshaft was about 550 back when I purchased it but start off by looking and your front differential mounts and rear mines were in really bad shape
Great video! Inheriting my father in law's 2013 with the 3.6 engine. He was a diesel mechanic. Wish he was still alive to diagnose as we know nothing about cars. It sometimes makes a clunk when pulling out. Reminds me of a bad universal. Took it to the garage he got his cars inspected at and they couldn't find anything. They suggested some software upgrade. I doubt it. Any tips to troubleshoot this?

Is the clunk only when pulling off ? How many miles does the car have ? It can be a bad differential mount or even bad cv axles
@aaronpatalune4363

@@Frank_tha_tank1 its still very intermittent. Sometimes pulling out, I think sometimes maybe a few seconds after pulling out, sometimes not at all. About 110,000 miles on it. I believe they checked the cv's and said they were good. Probably going to have to wait until it gets worse or more frequent. Sounds like the clunk is coming from the rear when it does it.
Considering this was a year ago. How is it holding up?? Just got mine replaced a month ago and it already failed

It's been holding up good. but as other have stated its a hit or miss because some have experienced some slight vibration at high speeds. Due to that issue if you can find a used oem one in good condition do that.

what part of the driveshaft failed ?
Did you have trouble with any clearance with the new drive shaft?

Nope no issues at all this is a plug and play
i recently bought this shaft installed the first one just like how the video was shown but then nocticed that at high speed (80+) it would get a vibration so i thought maybe it was out of balance contacted wellbuilt about the issue and sent me out another one no questions asked installed this one and is still doing the same thing has any one had this issue
