Terry Baker thanks you! It works like a champ.
I love that bender. I have the exact one in my shop. The 32 is a beast. I’ve bent 2” .250 wall DOT before with no problem. I’ve had it for about 6yrs now. Good choice. 🇺🇸😎🇺🇸

Just curious what degree bend you were able to do with that 2"
Top job looks awesome would you be able to tell me the mounting bolt spacing for top plate I want to make stand before bender gets here.

Yeah I should be able to do that. I’ll reply once I get the measurements.

Looks like 70mm center to center. It’s been a little while since I built the stand but pretty sure it came with a plate to mount it to.

No it worked fine right out the box for me.
Cool video. I wish you showed more of the process such as the welding or assembly. I think that would enrich the content.

liu gonzalez tried to keep it short. Hopefully I didn’t skip over anything important.
Does Jd offer a conversion kit ?

Not that I see on their site. You can buy a hydraulic version of one of their benders but I don’t see a conversion.
When you showed it bending, was that real time or sped up? Very nice video, Thank You!

Sped up by 3x. I will be doing a comparison video using the same bender but air over hydraulic vs electric hydraulic vs manual in real time to show the speed difference. Thank you!
If you don't have the means to weld it yourself, why would you be getting a jd2? Seriously curious if anyone has an idea.

Jarod Morris maybe you don’t have the skill or aren’t comfortable welding this. Maybe your welder doesn’t have the amperage or you are still running it on 110v because you haven’t stepped up to 220v. Maybe you don’t weld and just need to bend some tubes.

@@HaslipCycleWorks - those are definitely possibilities. I hadn't though about the stress on the welds. That could be bad, very bad to find out your welds aren't up to it when it breaks under that amount of stress. Oh, and when I say "you" I mean that generally, not directed at you, though I realize that was not clear at all in my first comment.
