4:11 I used a 10 1/2 ounce Campbell soup can to tap the bearing seal in. Fits perfectly and only took me a couple of seconds.

its a nice bumper but to expensive and everything is sold separately by the time your done its around $2000.... I just went with a different bumper ... lol unless JCR want to sponsor my jeep and ill cover it with all JCR lol.... I do like this bumper and the pre runner roof rack....

So much money and it Sags should install a Washer to lift it up so it wont scratch bumper.Jcr Makes good stuff this is an easy fix I hope they address it so I can order my bumper one day

+slyr1 the bumper isn't the problem the un is. We do offer shims for any adjustment that is needed. The carrier also has a delron slide underneath to help from harming the finish.

JcrOffroad How can the unibody be the issue if the tire carrier is only mounting to your bumper? Even if the carrier were mounted to a ladder frame it's the deflection of the bumper material that's causing the swing out arm to sag. Could probably use some reinforcement under the pivot point. Admittedly he's mounting a lot of weight for any swing out carrier.

@@JcrOffroad I had the same sagging issue. The problem was that the first bend was hitting the bumper and dinging the powder coat. The delron slide was not helping. I just bought a washer and put it below the spindle (above the bumper) and that gave me just enough lift to clear the bumper and let the delron do its thing. It would be nice if the shims had been included, but it seems like you have been phasing this product out recently.

Cool carrier, but damn that bumper flexes a lot. I imagine that carrier is going to be bouncing around quite a bit while driving.

+DonziGT230 It's mostly the un. Our tie-in kit (included) helps a ton. The carrier does not bounce much at all once torqued.

What size are the rotopax?

Am i crazy or did he install the bearing seal upside down?
