It'll just take more time. and more passes. Crank the heat and wire speed way low.

Didn't do that, no. Pretty sure it was all 3/8" bolts other than the factory hardware.

Well, I don't think JCR makes a GMC bumper, but I'm sure you can find something DIY online. It's def a cheaper option.
