He's seeing if he can actually get it moving good, like yeah he could hook up a 5w amp and it'd play but it would probably not even move, but these have really powerful amplifier in them, so yes it can indeed power a subwoofer

I had a mini speaker 50 dollars and had a subwoofer like in the video I didnt use jbl flip 4 so I had to use a drill battery and that speaker was shaking shaking shaking😎😎😎💪💪💪💪💪👌

I did this year's ago and the sound quality is good and surprisingly loud.

You do not hear watts, you hear dbs! You can't tell how many watts are going through a speaker if you don't know the sensitivity. If your speaker's cone is small, heavy and has a low sensitivity of 75 db/1 watt, you will only get 94-95 db at 100 watts, something a big PA woofer does at 1-2 watts or even less!

I would take that speaker in a hart beat the charge 4 I love this speakers

Вы, кажется не совсем понимаете, как работает д класс усилителей, он его и 15-ваттный так раскачает, суть в том, что такой усилитель не сможет его контролировать, качество будет ужасным, а сама мембрана динамика будет болтаться не в попад музыке.

35 ватт вполне его будут двигать! Если не разбираетесь, лучше не пишите.... Для примера, у меня от 12 ватт, 80 ваттные овалы по столу прыгают!

There is a very easy way to remove the pins....it has a little pin on the bottom and use like a needle to push it out and it just slides out

Yes it does work I have a little cheap 5 dollar Amazon portable speaker I hooked up to a sony surround sounds speaker with a tweeter and a 6 inch ported subwoofer runs off of a 3 volt lipo battery and connects to Bluetooth it runs both speaker effectively and sounds like a decent home stereo would! The original speaker from it was like 2 inches if that lol!

Nice.. but keep in mind that watts Don't really tell the loudness of a speaker. It's the efficiency of the speaker It looks like the amp in the jbl can drive the driver .. also do you know how many watts the JBL provide max ? 30watt ?? The spec sheet said that it's 30watt total There are 3 driver's so it's a 2.1 setup So .. maybe 10 watts to each speaker driver .. Most ideal 20 watts to the bass driver and 10 to left and right. But I highly boubt that small driver Handel 20 watts

The amp have not control for the subwoofer, uncontrolled vibration.

Haha, hab dich jetzt schon unter so vielen Videos gesehen :D Scheinst ja sehr ähnliche Interessen zu haben ^^ Der Subwoofer kann in den tiefen Frequenzen wahrscheinlich auch nur so gut Schwingen, weil die Sicke schön weich ist und der wahrscheinlich ein hoch abgestimmter reflex ist. Auto Subwoofer halt.

Tech_Z amps send power into speakers to make vibrations, using electric lets the amp also figure out where the driver is at (while it’s vibrating) and it moves it to the proper place which makes vibration. But the amp in the charge 4 isn’t made for subwoofers so it doesn’t have the right software to make the correct sounds. So it’s trying to make it move the same amount of distance as the jbl charge 4 driver would.

@@kenvuong8220 you have no idea how a audio amp works. the amp has not *software to tell it how to control a speaker* the amp sends alternating current at varying frequency's which the speaker converts into motion *Pistonic motion* which moves the cone thus creating sound by moving air.

The subwoofer doesn't move as much with the very high frequencies though because subwoofers are meant for very low frequencies

Joe Williams it will still work harder because the sub is rated at a higher wattage than the anp puts out so the am gets hot and clips alot

Push in the center of the pin there is a small tooth that catches on the tab. And the jbl speaker is a neo magnet not a standard type so it doesn’t need a large magnet.

Peak 1000watts, rms about 350watts 4ohms Charge could do it probably but it has less powerfull amp

Benn H it depends of how much wattage the speaker needs. But you should not do this if you want to listen to it. I could destroy the speaker because it’s get underpowered. It is just for an experiment.

Paper speakers are probably some of the best. Does not make it quieter at all

Has to do with amp because normally a car sube only gets low Frequencies from there amps so with charge 4 amp it sounds strange for sure 😂

Its not the paper plus paper is one of the best to have and easiest to fix

Of course the jbl charge 4 can power a 12 inch subwoofer. It just won't be as loud as it would normally be if it was hooked up to a more powerful amplifier. I have a 1000 watt continuous rms not peak rms that I ran off a 25 watt peak Bluetooth amplifier.

You should get a 4x6” speaker and a box for it. After doing so, you should see if the jbl charge 4 can power it.

@@techderaudios Nee je clipt gwn als n malle, n sub van wiv hoeveel watt samen met n versterker die maar 30 watt levert gaatnie samen. Gewoon die amp gebruiken die op je sub staat, als je die binnen huis wil gebruiken ga kijken voor een voeding die 12V DC levert.
