Jay Slater cops ruled out 2 Brit ‘pals’ TOO EARLY…there are signs of missed chances, ex-officer says

One of the British men from the Airbnb that Jay Slater spent the night in before he vanished has come forwards, insisting the missing teenager "left the house alive".
Ayub Qassim is now back home in London, but former murder squad detective Peter Bleksley says cops missed an opportunity by letting the British pair return to the UK.
In this exclusive interview, the ex-officer explains what might have gone wrong with the investigation into Jay's disappearance.

The fact he went up the mountain road and not down the route the bus would have been going. Tells me he didn’t want to hang around or be seen why would he say he was scared to go back to the Airbnb. None of this is adding up. His apartment was 20 minutes away from the festival if walking so why go with these two unless forced to an hour away by car but 10 hours walking distance back to his resort. Nothing any of the people has said is ringing true all a concocted story to throw the police off what’s really happened to him.

Why not send a pic of yourself? if you want to make something LOOK like Jay, you'd have to cover yourself with a blanket otherwise your legs would give it away. It's confirmed its his footwear but, you can't even see if they even fit the feet they are on because of the angle. It feels like a setup pic to prove he was there and ok. I feel they shouldn't just presume its Jay based on a picture that doesn't even show his face. As a parent I'd need more proof than that, that my child was OK at the time 😮

@@tazmannnStatistics show that roughly 180,000 people go missing in the UK every year. This number is believed to be a significant underestimate, as 353,000 files of missing persons are opened every year. As in most countries, the majority of missing persons are children, the majority of whom (80% of them in the case of the UK) are located within 24 hours of the filing of a missing persons report. In the United Kingdom, an estimated 112,853 children are reported missing every year. Source: National Crime Agency, UK Missing Persons Bureau. The humanitarian group Save the Children estimated Monday that around 21,000 kids are missing in the Gaza Strip as Israel’s military continues its assault on the enclave, reducing much of the Palestinian territory to rubble. Roughly 4,000 kids are likely buried under that debris, according to Save the Children, while at least 17,000 are unaccompanied, an “unknown number” are in mass graves, and others have been “detained and forcibly transferred out of Gaza, their whereabouts unknown to their families amidst reports of ill-treatment and torture.”

After all, they’re only after their own mortgage payments and a pension at the end of the day. And the dealers are chasing a payday just like them. Not even the Central Police command on mainland Spain will want to touch this case with a 10ft pole; if they dug deep and exposed the level of corruption on the Island, every police officer and the governor of the Island would lose their jobs, and lots of people in the government would be fired or forced to resign. Right beside Morocco which produces a lot of Cannabis and Heroin, well placed off mainland Spain for narco subs and boats from Latin America to land and unload their shipments without getting close to mainland, where security is bound to be tighter. Once the drugs land there, they are considered to be in Europe and will be moved much more easily within the bloc.

@@Humanbeing01 A London-based gang who set up a drugs operation from a terraced house in Cardiff have been jailed for a total of more than 18 years. They were arrested after plain-clothed officers spent three hours one evening witnessing drug deals in Splott. Ayub Qassim, Wayne Mulqueen, Jerome Clayton, and James Tyler, were found in Rhoda Singh’s home along with drugs, cash, mobile phones and digital scales. All five were arrested in October 2014. A sixth man - Liban Yasin - was arrested in Northampton. Yasin, 28, from Hayes, Mulqueen, 19 from Barking, and Clayton, 18, also from Barking, pleaded guilty to conspiracy to supply class-A drugs. Singh, 50, admitted a lesser offence of allowing her premises to be used in the supply of class-A drugs. Qassim, 21, from Milton Keynes, and Tyler, 18, from Tower Hamlets, denied the charges but were convicted following a five-day trial at Cardiff Crown Court. The gang had travelled from London with the sole purpose of supplying heroin and crack cocaine on the streets of Cardiff. Detective Constable Ian Morgan Qassim, Yasin, Tyler, and Mulqueen were sentenced to nine years, four years, three years six months, and two years four months, respectively. Rhoda Singh had a six-month prison sentence, suspended for 18 months. Clayton failed to appear at court and a warrant has been issued for his arrest. These young men are part of a larger London gang who hopefully now realise that Cardiff is not a soft touch and that they should stay out of South Wales. We will continue to work with the community to target drug dealers.
