This is why Jay is a true legend. He talks to everybody equally, he asks great questions. He remembers people. And that’s why his fan bases from age 10 years old to 80 years old. These current bodybuilders just say “what’s up, let’s get a picture” and most of them look miserable and don’t even smile. Not to mention, his customer service is great. My girlfriend ordered me a signed weight belt, poster and gym bag for my birthday. Everything came perfect and she said it was very reasonably priced.

The sign of a true Champion... Always humble with his fans.

Amazing person. Still to this day. The amount he gives of himself back to the fans is rare in my opinion. It would be so easy for him to be a typical rich jerk and yet he’s open and humble and loves every minute of it. So refreshing in today’s society.

Great video guys 💪 Offtopic : After couple of years training HIT I finnaly understood the volume training, the human body is so amazing and it adapts to everything - in this context it adapts to HIT also and one needs to do more sets to overcome sticking points. It is same as suntan, you need to stay longer over the sun to get darker. After I discovered that I realised how much work people like Jay are actually doing to get that big, you need to have crazy work ethics to become successful bodybuilder!

I remember wanting to have this lifestyle back in the 80s. We all dreamed of wanting to be a pro bodybuilder. Jays life is exactly how most of us envisioned it, right down to the magazine covers framed on the wall, and jet setting around the globe to meet the fans.

I would love to meet Jay just for a few minutes also take a photo..... I think the universe will make it happen. ✨️

It was fun seeing all the fans meeting you and with all the different poses that you did with them.

Jay, it was great to see Dave make the trip with you as well you two are such great friends. The fans there were amazing so appreciative and extremely humble. Max Muscles brings back memories when I used to buy merch at the San Dimas and Diamond Bar stores. I still have a gym bag in mint condition that I never used. You guys are the best!
