His form on some of the exercises wasn't too good. Weights not everything. Like those bent over rows and t bar rows. Take a plate or two off and control/squeeze more. Same with the side laterals when he was training shoulders.

i thought the purpose of bodybuilding is to use weight you can handle, so if you drop the weight because you cant hold it anymore, OBVIOUSLY youre using the wrong weight, shit form and apparently he doesnt understand hes swinging the damn weight, hje just keeps swinging the weight all the time doing half reps in an exericse where the weight is too much in the first place even to lift it perfectly, and man i love those hammer curl rows. PLZ SOMEONE ANSWER ME: how can he have a hard time doing 100kg barbell bent row ALONE and then do a t row with triple the plates? seems to me, someone is using fakes

At the top Olympia level, when you are on top for some years, and by implication at your genetic limit, your muscle dont grow anymore, so all they can do in terms of training to gains small amounts of muscle or at least maintain what you have, is to "whips" his muscle with the most heavy weights you can handle, at the expense of form. The correct form is not important in top professional competitive bodybuilding, they are not judged by the form they execute. But yeah, on the long term, this heavy lifting is not good for health, and Jay its a happy case - he was smart to be somewhat conservative with weights. Look at Ronnie to see an excess in this direction and the negative effects.

look mate, regardless of the exercise you do, proper technique is the ultimate way to gain muscle fast. swinging a huge weight, skipping the hard part by swinging will only harm you on the long run. besides, most of the mass they make is from steroids LOTS OF FOOD and protein powders. im not hating though, im just saying, if they USED WEIGHT they could handle, perhaps their gains would be even more. im no god. its obvious the weight they use too much for them because they cant afford proper technique. i thought the purpose of bodybuilding was to be lean and good looking, not big as bisons. it comes to down to the sport they do so i cant blame them. just, dont make videos in youtube about weightlifting when you cant lift with proper form thats all. i never understood bodybuilding. all these weights, just to show a 5 9 250 lbs body to 5 critics. obsurd
