Jay Bilas doesn’t think Bronny James would be getting this much hype if he wasn’t LeBron’s son

Спорт

ESPN's college basketball analyst isn't denying that Bronny has talent- but he doesn't believe he would be getting this much hype if he wasn't LeBron James' son.

“Would he be getting this talked about if his father weren’t Lebron James. No” That is the most ridiculously obvious statement I’ve ever heard in my life However he has to be doing something right because Michael Jordan sons played basketball and they were not talked about nearly this much

I hate when people say the comparisons to his dad are unfair. Comparing Lebron James to any of these high school players is unfair 😂 like it’s a ridiculously silly statement. & extremely obvious. Tell us some thing we don’t know

14pts a game on a 20-11 team How is that worthy of McDonald's All American???? I feel bad for the young man who got robbed for Bronny to get in.

He went from ranked in the mid 30s to the low 20s just as his dad said he’s better than nba players . Just in time for the McDonald all American game. You know he’s not worthy , especially when the 1st thing people mention about him is his defense . And not his scoring , passing , or ball handle.

Something to be said that in spite of who is his father and the pressure that brings…he’s still performing. Being a 4 star recruit and holding your own at the AA game now the summit, I think he’s proven himself.

You would if he’s on an elite team playing with elite talent. Also given what he has, if he plays down…he’s simply doing more. Which would look better for him. So realistically, yes, you would.

Jay Bilas has been hating on LeBron since High School 😄. Go watch his televised game vs Oak Hill, always saying sly remarks.
