One thing I think you’ve missed is; you’re assuming the ripped ‘death race’ scenes were shot at the beginning of the shoot. Films aren’t filmed in chronological order. The director and him could have agreed to put his topless scenes at the end of the shoot so he would look better. You definitely make good points but also unflattering holiday photos and legit lighting from a professional and shot on a crazy lens by a professional...there’s a lot you could do in a 6 month time frame with that

His physique is definitely achievable naturally, even with average genetics. He is 5'10 and under 170. When you see pics of him in a photo shoot or on scene in a movie, they pull out all the stops to make you look as lean and muscular as possible as opposed to having a random pic taken of you on vacation that doesnt have all the flattering angles, lighting, flexing, etc. I am not saying he doesnt take anything, but this is definitely achievable without the sauce.

The whole point of this video was to show how unrealistic jason Statham's body composition changes in a small amount of time. I have to push back a little. I'm the same age as he was in that movie now and I can get in that shape easily in less than 3 months. I'm so natural I don't even take asprin. This assumption that everyone in their 40s struggles with building muscle and losing weight is false. I'm also in better shape from my late 30s than I ever was in my 20s. That's not to say one way or another what he did, just that for some people it is achievable naturally. My guess is that he has a very high metabolism and his height makes it easier to get fit. Taller people and those with slower metabolisms probably find this hard to believe. I also face situations where people can't believe how quickly I can transform my body and I don't even know how to do these calisthenics workouts that get you shredded. Calisthenics with progressive overload and diet is the key here.

Do austin dunham, daniel from the fitnessFAQs calistenics youtube, and the guy from the Thenx channel Derek. They all do mostly calistenics and they all have insane physiques especially austin. I have been doing almost all calistenics because I just got bored of weights (my bodybuilding genetics suck tbh) and wanted to learn something different that few people can do (planche, handstand pushups, front lever, etc). I know you said you dont think you can build significant muscle doing bw training but if you know what your doing you can. Not hating your channel is dope but that is one thing I think you would change your mind on if you looked up those guys.

Hey I have a question I was very active as a kid and did a lot of push ups and sit ups I ended up eating a lot and gaining a lot of weight and became fat, I've been overweight for a while now I weigh 275 and I'm 6ft and when I look in the mirror and look at my stomach even though it's a lot of fat I can still see my abs kind of underneath, if I loose weight will I have abs? Or Will I have to work on that again?

I've been doing pretty intense calisthenics while cutting weight for two months now, which is basically the same timeframe Statham had for Death Race. I'm still not at his before picture lol.

I always thought he just did some tests and some winstrol especially for death race and transporter 3 to get that lean semi dry look and is probably after just stayed on a TRT dose afterwards his training is just not body exercises but he'll do deadlifts mainly also he he trains in martial arts on top to keep him at a certain body composition

Jason Statham is not 6ft 3. I was stood next to him at a celebrity charity football match at Chelsea’s Stadium Stamford Bridge. We were both at the bar waiting to be served. He was with then girlfriend Kelly Brook. I’m 5ft 11 and I looked down on him. He’s 5ft 8 -9 max.

Nothing wrong with bodyweight exercises for aesthetics. They really do work. But certainly someone like him is going to take some compounds to lose fat and gain muscle on short notice.

Just because somebody is lean does not mean they are doing steroids. Lean people do exists. They can have a six pack right up through their 50s with little effort. I have four pack in my 40s and had a six pack in my teens and twenties. And that was even through periods of lower training and poor diet.
