He’d just moved from Groningen to Celtic at 22 pal. Nobody really knew about him, and if he was frighteningly brilliant, it wouldn’t have been another 5 years before he got a move to a top club. It took him longer to develop into the player he is.

Exactly. £150 million is ludicrous but it's the price Arsenal would want. It was like Grealish at the Villa, he wasn't worth the £100 million but that's the clause we wanted and City paid it. If he was playing somewhere else in Europe then you'd probably get him around £60 million at most.
