I really really love this! I have been looking for this kind of sleeve for a couple years I think. I tried it on an old tank just in case I messed up and it turned out perfect! So thank you you for sharing this with us :). I would love to be able to dress up the top of the chest area of the tank in a matching stitch.

"oh mylanta!!!! " I love it!! I have a very pretty blouse but the sleeves I need to get rid of them, they are to tight, this is a wonderful solution, love it!!!

This is such a GREAT IDEA !!!! I just love to "repurpose or upcycle" things around the house, and I am so excited to try this on a couple cami's! I am also brainstorming on other items in my wardrobe that maybe i can bring new life to. Thank you for all of your patterns and videos!! I found your you tube channel when I was teaching myself to crochet. My DREAM is to be a "SNOWBIRD"in Florida during Pa.'s winter months and the other half of year here..(maybe)? (Just trying to convince family) Crocheting on the beach with the sunrise and sunset, seems like heaven to me. Thank you for your videos so i can hear and see the ocean they allow me to imagine and feel close to the place i would like to be!! With appreciation, Jennifer

Now I have to go buy a tank top just to do this! The one you have on is gorgeous and an easy way to make money too😁🤣🤣 Also can I just make the sleeve and then hand sew it to the tank top as well?

Absolutely! You can easily sew the sleeves on to any garment. It is not crucial to crochet directly on to the fabric.

Hi Kristin! I just bought 5 of the sleeve patterns. You mention needing to use fingering weight yarn… could one also use crochet thread size 10?

I notice you had I tie in the back of yours is that to help keep your straps up while u wear your shirt? It's just a chain stitch correct? How do u know where to place it?

It’s explained in the pattern. I added mine to keep the straps up.

Is there a way to make the sleeves flower out more?

Yes you could add increases to the pattern or increase the size of your hook.
