I’m a simple guy. If I see a Helen or schmo interview, I click on it. It’s that easy. Two of my favorite mma journalists/interviewers out there. Oh en Jarod is just an awesome example of a human being. Love that guy.

Yep and its smarter for people trying to avoid back injuries like fighters to do that then the stupid conventional deadlift.... farmer or hexa lifts are much better for longevity ...but if your a braindead powerlifter that cant throw a punch then yeh sure ... deadlift away😂

Hamza Chimaev was right when he said that Dana said when you fight Atman, we will give you a chance to fight for the title, and he broke his promise, and this is what Cannonier explained in this video when they told him to fight Hamza and you will get a chance to fight for the title.

I like Jared. Good dude, really good fighter. He did choke against Israel though.. makes it tough campaining for another title shot.. eventually, you can't be deined if you keep winning.. i just hope if he gets another crack, he really goes for it.

I'd like to see him vs. Whittaker for the title shot after Whittaker beats Costa. The timing should be just about right. Hopefully DDP beats Izzy in order to keep the division more interesting.
