You're supposed to heat it up first Bring it to boil, let it cool down, sprinkle with a touch of dried marjoram and then eat it with a crispy bread roll. 🙂 Best thing ever

That is true. Eating cold 'flaki' is bad. You are doing it wrong, as is eating a huge sausage with chopsticks without a knife :D

I told you in the previous video that you must eat your "Flaki" hot :) ONLY HOT. "Flaki" is a soup traditionally served at weddings. It's also a perfect soup for winter. When weather is cold.

I love miso soup with it's tender taste and light consistency! I had to get used to the taste of miso and wakame (they're so chewy!), but now I understand why Japanese find is homely and cosy ♥️. I often make it at home now 😊. If I had to choose a soup with a similar feeling it would be white borscht. Some people confuse it with żurek, but there are a lot of differences (also in taste). White borscht is made from wheat sourdough, while żurek is made with rye. White borscht is a lot lighter (kinda watery, like miso soup) and you usually have less ingredients inside: at home we always boiled the sourdough with spices and locally made traditional sausage. On the plate we added chopped boiled eggs and ate it with white bread (also made with sourdough). It's delicious (but also quite sour). I think it's similar, because both soups are made from fermented base which gives characteristic taste. I recommend you try traditional white sourdough bread (look for the round ones, but not from the stores) and local traditional sausage. You can feel the pieces of meat, that are really flavorful (if the quality is good) and the taste of smoke. I think it's easiest to find on traditional- looking stands that are sometimes in shopping malls or in the touristic areas like old town squares. By the way, have you tried oscypek? It's a cheese typical to mountain area of Poland. It's the best with cranberry jam (some people will say otherwise, but I recommend trying it).
