    lacey warrior i dont wear gloves. I have seen people wearing gloves make food like sandwiches, then take money and go back to preparing food. No change of gloves 🙄

    What I love about japanese street food is even if some look weird you will find yourself wanting to eat it since the area they cook on looks clean and they carefully prepare each piece of their food making it look more appetizing for the customers unlike other hasty prepared street foods with dirty cooking area

    Well, some of these are Taiwanese. Taiwan used to be part of Japan so they have a lot of Japanese foods/Street Foods. That being said, lots of Taiwan are also clean and organized, although there are areas that are less so in the rural areas.

    Where are you visiting? If your in Osaka (I think there is one in Tokyo too) you should go to 'A Happy Pancake' dont forget to get a number ticket when you get there though since its normally really busy, but the souffle pancakes are amazing!

    @@VirginiaMicaelaPrado Let me add some commemts and corrections. First food, Dondonyaki is not common street vendor food in Japan, the area you can find this is limited mainly to North East region (Tohoku). Actually I have never seen this in my life, living mainly in central region (Chubu). The second food seems to me rather Dango than Mochi as Mochi is very firm and cannot be edible in such short cooking time. The forth shellfish is Hotate. We eat also Hamaguri almost in the same manner, but it is different.

    Wow, all of these look so good. I would love to travel around the world and try all of the different foods that these places have to offer. Thanks for sharing your experiences and travels with us. I love seeing this type of stuff. It just makes me so jealous that I can't go or try these delicious looking foods.
