Welcome to Tosashimizu World, a restaurant in Osaka that specializes in Regional Japanese Cuisine from Kochi Prefecture on Shikoku Island. This feast will introduce you to some of the delicious foods from the area like TATAKI, Yuzu Kosho, Japanese sake and more! We have a special guest, Yosakoi dancer to teaches some moves.     That looks like fun. Glad you had a great time. I still enjoy my sake. The white crane. I just got some Hana awaka sparkling sake which is a nice crisp taste. It was very nice.

    Super awesome team effort to make this happen during the (end of) the pandemic and without tourism. So much THANKS and I wish I’d been able to focus less on the stream and more on the guests. It was so hard to balance but we had a great team to make that happened. No one left with an empty stomach!

    I agree with UFO Bob. This event looked like a lot of fun and I hope to one day be able to sit down with you and talk story about all things Japan while enjoying a nice bowl of ramen. Awesome video John!

    Regarding the english name of Myōga: according to Wikipedia it is simply called "Japanese Ginger" in english.
