Indeed, I did tell you about the pronunciation rules of the c when preceding vowels, but here I am going to do so again :) C before E and I can be thought of as Z ("Celedón -> Zeledón, Cinturón -> Zinturón") C before A, O, and U can be thought of as K ("Catalán -> Katalán, Construcción -> Konstrucción, Cuervo -> Kuervo") I also came up with the most useless mnemonic phrase to go with it, too: "The Thyme has lost its Characteristic, Curious Colour".

I would substitute S instead of Z, because in English the Z is pronounced "harder" than S

I think what we saw this episode was a couple naval equaivalents to the banzai charge- Japan sending in destroyers and light cruisers into a massive line of battleships. At any rate it was thematic, although I'm not sure the game developers scripted Japan's war doctrine so closely. It's fun to think so, at least.

itd be neat if they made the sinking animations varied/tied to the damage. like when an 18" gun turns the entire bow/stern full red with 1 hit the ship would break up.also its so silly how many times, every video, i mouse over the ships on the screen expecting to see the stats

Its essentially an expansion of a common gripe among UAD players: they couldn't replicate their ships that they acquired from the enemy.

I have never seen a ship pull an emergency stop like that!

If the color of Austria and China are too similar you could make China a more red hue, I think that would work for China best. Like Britain is like a pink, China can be more vivid and darker

I must say though I'm NOT color blind, the color changes are fantastic for when my eyes are tired or just sore for constant computer work, it helps a lot. Also I suspect, many of your eagle viewers didn't notice the abrupt ending to episode 62. Or they did and don't care. One of the many choices/excuses/reasons.

I chose Spain’s colour based on the colour of the yellow stripe on their flag

I like the Spanish battleships and battlecruisers in action (17:08 & 35:33)

As far as I can tell all you've done is switch the colors of China and Spain.

Both are new colours, Spain is yellow, China is a mid orange (rather than both of them being the same weird light yellow orange they were before)

@@villusepp7932 trouble with red is that the U.K. and Japan are also very red ish (the UK is pink, Japan is a dark red). All the colours end up being a bit washed out thanks to the way they’re semi transparent over the fairly grey map. I just wanted them to be visually distinct :)

Ironically, I think one of the earliest DIP changes to armor (removing the weight reduction from more advanced armors) is a possible cause of the AI mostly abandoning armor for their ships. I'm playing a vanilla campaign, and the only ships I've seen that don't have decent armor are destroyers.

@@Myomer104 the AI has plenty of displacement it can use for armour if it wants to, it’s just that it seems to far prefer making hyper speed tin foil death traps. What *really* annoys me though is that through much trial and error I managed to make that behaviour rare, only for an ‘improvement’ to the AI builder in the base game to put the design capabilities of the AI back to ‘go home you’re drunk’ levels 😩
