You do not know how much this video helped. I bought a lot of software that I couldn't use because my machine didn't recognize the file. It did on the computer but not the machine. I've worked on this four days. I'm to aggravated to work on it today but you can bet at four in the morning I will try it. If you don't mind I would like to email you sometime. How do you do this using the cable NOT a USB?

Very helpful. But I have a question about editing designs. If I put 3 designs together and save them....I want them to be saved as one whole so if I want to move the design around the hoop that it moves as one item, not as 3....I can't seem to get it...help

Trying to open a .JEF file within an an EMBF folder and it wont open because the computer tries to open with Windows Media! So the embroidery machine is also stymied . Can you advise, please!! Judy K.

Only some of the files I load on actually show up on my machine. Is this something anyone has come across? I can load two or three all at the same time and do it the same way for each but only one or two show up on the machine when transferred. 🤔

Please help me open the files from my formatted USB, use them, and easily close them for access again later! I need to switch from one image to another frequently in different files. My computer keeps telling me that I need to save my image or it will be deleted! I have tried to save some single images and even with different file names the images pile on top of each other. How can I use my 15000 without wasting my day fighting with it?
