Jamie Bower - Paralysed (Live From The Alter)
'I Am' the new single from Jamie Bower is out now: lnk.fu.ga/jamiebower_iam

Prologue Part 1. Recorded Live at Vada Studios, UK.
Produced by Matt Terry
Engineered and Mixed by George Perks
Lyrics:
A perfect sky
A storm
A message made from bones
Of those we loved
We lie awake in fear
Of what we’ve lost
Now we are centralised
A life, a child, a son
A flicker in the dark to carry on
We held each other close
But not enough
Now we are unified
Ancient sun cast your light
Cause there’s no hope in endless winter
When you fall from the sky
My blood runs cold and I feel paralysed
Asleep but still Awake
Came crashing down to earth
The sound it made
Like bullets to your heart my words still ache
And can you hear me now?
Ancient sun cast your light
Cause there’s no hope in endless winter
When you fall from the sky
My blood runs cold and I feel paralysed
Ancient sun cast your light
Cause there’s no hope in endless winter
When you fall from the sky
My blood runs cold and I feel paralysed

I created a place inside my mind, to go to in times of pain. Probably 7 years ago. It was a black and white room with rain falling outside. A man who's face I couldn't see plays the piano as I sit on the floor beside it and just fall away into the music. Been a fan of Jamie since Mortal Instruments, whenever it came out. Once I saw this video I realized who the guy in my safe room is, and had always been. It was this room I ran to in my darkest moments and continues to be. Never told anyone that. Had the chance to meet him a week ago and only had 2 seconds. Figured I'd tell the world since I couldn't tell him in person. This video means so much to me, and I'm so happy to see everyone loving it now too. ❤️

Saying it right now: anyone wanting to do a David Bowie movie, they need to cast Jamie Campbell Bower! He can definitely get the voice, there are moments in this song he sounds like Bowie. Plus his facial structure. As someone who loves Bowie, I would not be disappointed if Jamie played him. Might need to learn how to play the sax though.
