The tactic basically makes people doubt all people who came out with allegations because one of them or two of them could be lying. In his first video he said outright what he did, and although he did make a bunch of dumb excuses, he still admitted to messaging at least two of them. The new video is much more vague, on purpose. He basically shot out "oooo things are not what they seem~" and carried on applying his foundation. This is a serious matter that could potentially be a crime. His confession was at the very least less vague than whatever this video is, where he puts out a ton of allegations without backing them up - so why say them? To strike doubt. It is what manipulators do.

Well like Tea Spill mentioned, it could also be because the Frenemies podcast is over as well. It's kinda silly to think that but they did have a lot of reach and got close to 1-2+ million views on the episodes so if they ever talked about current dramas, there was a good chance a lot of people would see it. But now that it's over, these questionable content creators feel relieved that there won't be this magnifying glass on them if they ever get into future controversies. But aside from that, I think what you said is also true.

How can you believe him saying they're not real? Theirs literal proof of him body shaming boys and sexuality shaming boys for not being interested in him, he's also blocked boys who didn't send him nudes and that's disgusting behavior. The fact that some stories are real, doesn't mean that all previously proven fake ones automatically become real as well. Let's focus on the proven true and important stories and people that have come forward instead because all these people jumping on the bandwagon with fake allegations are taking the focus away from the ones that actually need to be heard.

I know. Everyone's hating on him because there are some people that just do. I even saw one comment that said they didn't even watch the video and just disliked it. Kind of not giving him a fair shot at explaining without bias... including the title of this video, which is just feeding fuel to the hate fire. JC explained why he did a makeup video in this recent video, and yet he's getting hate for... trying to lessen his anxiety talking about something uncomfortable. @@juliaaass you can't blame that sort of complex issue on people under 18, they're naive and easily manipulated, and therefore cannot be expected to make logical choices in these situations; especially in the light of the power imbalance and the rush of getting to talk to your favorite celebrity. james, however, is 22 years old, well over 18 and is the one who would and is being held accountable by law in these situations.

It's wild how he still has fans supporting him and he deletes any negative comments on anything he posts because he can't handle any shade. If you can't stand the heat, get out of the kitchen. Jenna is a perfect example of someone being genuinely apologetic for things she's done in the past, she deleted all problematic content no matter how old it was and then genuinely apologized. She then left the internet, she didn't come back. That was a year ago. James came back because he couldn't stand not being the center of attention, its honestly sad. He's the type of person who thinks any type of publicity is good publicity. It's honestly sad. He isn't even really taking accountability, he's twisting it to try and paint himself in a better light.

He has a dangerously big ego, and unfortunately nothing will stop him or his most devoted fans until something truly awful happens and it lands him in real legal trouble

I think it's because they are so young themselves that they don't quite grasp the gravity of the power imbalance and that they probably think the guys that came forth don't look that young. But from the perspective of someone 20+ , obviously a 14-16 year old is going to look 14-16. 🤢 Like James we don't need to check IDs because we aren't attracted to high schoolers
