Lakers fucked up tryna outshoot Denver. We have never been a good 3 point shooting team but a good defensive team. Our rotations was horrible on shooters,missing wide open shots,got killed on the boards,allowed too much 2nd chance points,Darvin Ham sat Lebron out too long in the 4th,and Denver was just shooting lights out.

On Lakers’ defense, they actually made it look close, again. Like in those 4 playoff games, the perception was that Lakers could win it. They just didn’t. Apparently it takes more than 5 games to fully figure out Denver. But they are on the right track. It will happen eventually like maybe in 2028.

This was a revenge game . . . but for KCP. Dude was playing at a slightly higher gear tonight. There were a few moments I had to make sure it wasn't Watson or Strawther because he Pope was playing with the energy of someone in their early 20's.

He doesn’t mix his free time with his job. What is the issue here? He is a professional guy who prepares himself for the season appropriately. Of course he’ll produce a triple double with high efficiency. It’s what he does. It’s inevitable. 3rd MVP and 2nd ring on the way.
