Bro its hard to get under 299Lbs at 5'9" while doing 30K or more steps I be starving burning 2500ish calories a day. I eat like 3200 oor 4000ish calories a day but then pull a 48 hour fast or something. Im on one now 7 hours deep, try to be as one meal a day is possible it winds up being 2 or 3 meals all within 4 hours on "The Beast" nights over 30K steps... Any advice, Im use to being 395Lbs and 3 month Very Low Calorie Dieting (Less then 900 Calories) now I've been almost exactly 300Lbs and been on maintenance for atleast a week and a half but every B.M.R nights been followed by a day or 2 fast atleast
