Qur'an or bhagavadgeeta both of them are religious books. We shouldn't compare constitution with religious books. But people need to follow constitution rather than religious books to be in peace and harmony. Hindus follow constitution and writings in Geeta which don't bring harm to others. But majority Muslims still follow Qur'an only. They even follow the rules which bring harm to others(some of them)..like non believers should be killed, incite violence etc. I don't know if it was written in Qur'an, but everyone knows they don't accept other religion. How is it possible to live in peace when Qur'an says there is no other religion and you follow only Qur'an?

This is the only n one point very few raise. Muslims stayed here because the original partition plan was not allowed to be implemented by Nehru , Gandhi n Patel in collusion with the British. Nehru was mastermind behind this policy.It was in original plan that there will be population exchange ie Muslims will go to Pak n Hindus of Pak will come to India ( compulsion) But unfortunately it was made optional. Only 14% of Indian muslims opted for Pak. Others remained in India. There can be Islamic State but India is to be secular Here lies all problem

If India is secular, why do we give special minority rights and reservations to Muslims and Christians.This special minority rights are denied to Hindus.It shows India is a Pro Muslim and Christian country and not a secular country.If India is secular, there will be no minority rights and reservations.
