I feel bad for the Jaguars… It’s hard to win when you have to score three times for them to count it. 4:35, 4:43 The score should have been 21-0 For some reason they immediately called 6:44 a TD? 🤔 Then the Jaguars had to challenge the play at 8:06 The Jaguars got hosed… I don’t even like them either.

The Bengals defense has really stepped it up, in 4 games so far they allowed only 18.75 points per game. To put into perspective, last years best defense, the Rams, allowed 18.5 points per game.

Got to admit, things are changing for these two teams. Both are aggressive and played well. Balanced offenses. If you are a Jag and Bengal fan you should be pretty pumped right now. Gone are the days these teams are easy wins. Now if the Jets can figure out their problems then we might have a more competitive NFL.

And I think the Jets will, because Robert Saleh will be a hell of a coach. It will take a little time to clean up the mess, which is painfully evident because of how well Sam Darnold is doing in Carolina. For what it's worth, I think Zach will be just fine; the Jets just need to address all the problems they need to fix.

I like the no-call on the simultaneous slide and hit on Lawrence. However, I wish it was more consistent. As a Packers fan, Rodgers gets that unnecessary roughness call 9 times out of 10, as we'll as a few other established quarterbacks in the league.

the inconsistency in the calls is what bothers me. that is not really a judgement call. if the quarterback has given himself up by sliding the defender is not allowed to hit him. its that simple. Trevor Lawrence was definitely on the ground sliding when the Bengals defender hit him. that is a penalty, plain and simple, no judgement involved. just be consistent refs!

The Bengals organization have done a good job building around their QB. They have protection for him and also targets for him to throw the ball. Good receivers. Boyd is underrated man nobody talks about him but he was there with AJ Green. He was their AJ Green for a while. And this matchup with Lawrence is something we will be seeing for a while. We all know that once his rookie contract is over the organization will have to pay him millions. As long as he always has protection I think the Bengals will be okay. Before the 82 yard Ja'Marr Chase touchdown against the Ravens in Week 7, my thoughts on a Bengals spot were a safe wildcard spot. After that touchdown, the sky was the limit, and my expectations increased.

The Bengals made a lot of changes this past off-season and they are paying off in a major way. J.B. hasn't been sacked much in the last two games👍.

I’m still pissed about that. I would’ve gave it to Robinson up the middle in my sleep. Idk how basic football iq completely went out the window from our NFL, yes NFL, play caller. Should’ve been up 21-0. Yes, the defense sold in the second half, but we gave them the momentum on that play 🤦🏽‍♂️

Being down 21-0 at halftime is a momentum killer and I think the Jags would almost certainly have won. In all honesty the FG would have been taken on 4th down.

It just broke my heart to see the Jags lose this game. They have made so much improvement and played a great game. This game had me on the edge of my seat. Both teams played good and it was a joy to watch.

Such a great duel between two greats qb. I really loved this game, it was a great momentum. Trevor Lawrence played so much better than before without any interceptions. Joe Burrows also showed us that Bengals are one of the playoff teams of this season. I wish good luck for Lawrence and his team.

You also forgot the flag that conveniently was thrown out right after the jags had that potetially game winning sack on 3rd down in the second half. Then they gave them a 1st and practically won the bengals the game.

Overall, it looks like Urban has adjusted the play calling enough to give Lawrence success. Hopefully, they continue to really gel.

I agree, and I think he would have an even bigger impact as a strong safety closer to the line of scrimmage as I said on a post above. He's a classic hitter at the position and blitzes well from what I have seen. Saw him play on TV when he was at Wyoming also. He appears a step slow sometimes at deep safety but has a good short area burst.
