Bengals has got the best WR group in the NFL. Unlike previous years where only the starting 3 were good, now 5 of the 6 WRs are already ballin' (Still waiting on Charlie Jones to have his breakout moment, but I'm confident he'll be ballin' soon). Majority of our defense is loaded as well, from Hendrickson and Reader at the line, Pratt and Wilson at LB, to majority of our DBs. Even many of our backup DBs are good, like DJ Turner, Tycen Anderson, and Jordan Battle. We are set on defense.

That team looked like the Cincinnati Bengals. On the road against a winning team in a loud environment and bringing home the W.

Outside of the missed FG and fumble on goal line Bengals played an almost perfect game. No matter the team when a team executes like that it's hard to play well against them. Burrow zipping the ball into tight windows that no defense could stop. 49ers are great, it's just the Bengals were lights out today.

I believe he actually played quite well this game despite the fact. The first interception is just unfortunate, the second is inexcusable, but every QB, however good they are, will throw interceptions at some point in time. The entire rest of the game he's hitting his markers, getting out of the pocket cleanly, running yards, getting first downs.

They have some other stats that arnt there yet becuase they have had to be on the field too much due to slow start on the offense this year. They will get there and be one of the best in the league

Yes, teams know what to do now. You must stop the run first, and then put pressure on Purdy when passing. If a team has good a defense like the Browns, the pressure will come automatically. if they don't have a great defense like the Vikings, then they need to blitz. Either way, they must make Purdy hurry.

Niners looked like they were going to head into by with a perfect record. After the way they played the first 5 games, there was zero doubt in facing the likes of the Browns and Vikings. They play the ravens and browns again so a tie breaker wouldn't matter if they won those next 2 and Tennessee isn't gonna see the playoffs this year. If it was teams like the jags chiefs and dolphins I'd be upset and worried about tie breakers

0:35-0:50 - Frank Tarkenton 2023. that has to be one of the greatest escapes I have ever seen. Borrows known for magic and that has to be one of his best tricks; I thought they had him a couple of times.

this win is super encouraging. The playcalling was wah better and different. We're figuring out how to utilize our weapons. Mixon looked as explosive as ever and the line was blowing holes open for him. Our linebackers are the best and they are always where we need em to be. Our dline is top flight. Secondary holds up. Boyd is involved again. Higgins could be more involved but slow n steady this year i guess. Our offensive line is holding up and burrow is back to being magical in the pocket and at avoiding sacks. Our f n TEs though should all be realeased. Hunt for for a new one or bulk up iosivas and transition him. All in all this is back on track. Who dey!

I see the Bengals are still on the "start like sh*t and get red hot" theme. Impressive performance from the entire team. Complimentary football.

Congrats to Bengals, who know very well what it is like to be struggling early. SF fans have to realize that Purdy just finished up his first full season, 17 games plus playoffs. He is going to make mistakes and they are coming in bunches presently. He will self correct but there are more challenges ahead. The defense is not what it used to be and all these blow outs prior to the losing streak can breed complacency. I am not sold on Wilks either. All in all could be worse and I look for them to bounce back after the break. How far they can go is a big question mark however.

Some of the throws from Purdy were really good and then you had the picks that were like “wtf are you doing.” He was bound to make mistakes at some point but he’s making a few too many. However he is a young qb in his second year in the nfl and mistakes will happen. That whole offense has just come to a stop and has only scored 17 points in each of their losses and had been scoring 30+ in each of their wins. That highly ranked defense has just not shown up . Everything is going wrong for the 49ers but at least they know they still have George Kittle and Christian McCaffrey.

Purdy needs a bit more space to throw and time than an elite QB so he relies more on help from the defense and run game. When he's rushed and presses himself to do too much on one play, issues can result.

IMO,Brock Purdy is an average qb,who happens to play on a very good team.Making him look a lot better than he really is.

I've noticed in other media outlets, people have blamed this loss on Purdy. But from what I've observed here there was alot of missed tackles, arm tacking and poor play by the secondary which played a big part in the loss. We need to tighten up on defense.

If Burrow plays like this, Cincinnati won't lose. It's that simple
