Yeah you really need cones, cause with only the lines it's nearly impossible...
The issue is that the athletes need to get used to doing the drill as it will be during any tryouts or testing. Keeping consistency is ideal.
Thought the touch was supposed to be with a hand not a foot
Touching with the hand is something that's only done in football
