i did the same thing. great chains and quality. I got the 2.5 mm rope, it's great, but I wish I went with the 3 inch, but I was being cheap.

Yea man the 3mm is where it’s at for the pendant and 20 inch. Building the same set up with an 1895 $5 gold half eagle. Solid video.

I personally don’t like how the Franco pairs with the rope. I like to wear the same kind of chain together. 3mm wouldn’t be too small though

Nice chain, fam! 💥🚀 I ordered a 20” 3mm dc Franco 18k white gold. I have a 20” 2mm dc Franco 18k white gold that I wear solely with a pendant. It is about 15g. The 3mm Franco is ~30.4g so that is a nice jump in weight for only going up 1mm. It is a nice size and weight for an everyday, stand-alone chain. The Franco is the best all-around chain in my opinion. I never take my chains off. I am 6’0” and about 160lbs (tall and slender with a pencil neck, LOL).

I personally don’t like pendants..but that gold eagle has been my new obsession. Bought a 2021 $5 and about to buy the 1/4oz next. I’ve been also looking into a ring maybe (I’m a big guy so it’ll probably work.) I just don’t want look too mafioso either. 🤣

Both are good. Francos look better with pendants, cubans look better solo imo.

Did you ever measure the two in length? I saw a review on a Jacoje rope 18k the guy said it measured .5 inch longer than advertised. I ask because if the chain was 19 inch it fit perfect on me.

I bought a Cuban that was 10.4mm from "Reys" the one that you mentioned in the video and trust me they do great customer service and the chain was absolutely beautiful but that was literally my first chain and it was ultimately too big for me for everyday wear so I ended up selling it for more than what I paid for it due to the price of gold going up. You won't be disappointed with their services though. So you don't think 3mm would be good as a solitaire? I was thinking of grabbing two Franco's and double chaining them every once in awhile with the possibility of grabbing a pendant down the line.
