I have 2 of the 2.2mm platinum ropes(bought from you) and the shine and craftsmanship is crazy!. No one does platinum like Italy!. I own a few platinum pieces from all over and the Italian pieces are the best made and prettiest!.

Crazy though how cameras make the 2mm and some 2.5mm ropes look so much bigger .

gotta mention the durability of platinum vs 14k gold. platinum is much more durable and has a lot more mass.

14k gold is much harder though, because of the alloys. The gold will resist scratches better even though it’s lighter weight. I still prefer platinum though.

I have a question about the tricolor rope chain. When the rhodium on the section with white gold fades, how would you go about replating the it with rhodium when they are so close to the yellow and rose gold?

There is a very strong contrast between the 3 colors. The white gold isn’t rhodium dipped it’s natural white gold so you don’t have to worry about refreshing any rhodium

​​@@keycekeyce3562White gold is an alloy of gold (which is naturally yellow) and other metals (white ones). So, the natural color without plating of rhodium is going to be a yellowish white metal. It won't magically revert to a fully yellow gold piece.

Platinum is more valuable than gold. It is more rare. Unlike white gold it is not mixed with other white metals to achieve the white color so it is naturally white. We are making a video for Why Buy Platinum? stay tuned
