I’ll have to get on for my Coosa! 👊

Hey Matt. Have you had any problem with you hatch latches nuts falling of the shoulder bolts? My Jackson Coosa Fd 2018 model has a problem with the nuts falling off.

Is this kit standard on the new models? I will be getting a Coosa in March

Does it help the tracking at all?

I have a Cuda 14. Wonder if there would be a way to modify it to a rod system instead of cables.

none at all. I have put a lot of miles on this since the install and no issues at all

I know this has nothing to do with retro kit. Have a question for Matt. Have you used a anchor wizard on your Jackson Coosa Fd? If so what is solution in running the anchor rope from the handle and spool to say rear of yak or front of yak without having the rope hang across the hatch lids? Thanks

In the past I have used ram mount balls to guide your line to keep the line where you want it. You can put them on the track next to hatch and it will keep it from being on top of the hatch.

Have you installed the Jackson 2 blade propeller yet? I have one ordered for my coosa fd. Haven't seen any reviews just yet.

yes and it is a noticeable difference in speed and acceleration.

@@Arron-if9rb No but I will try and put one together. It is really simple. Just remove the screw on the prop and replace with the new 2 blade version

@@mattballoutdoors5984 i did it and my go pro memory card was full and it didnt recorde. I also did the retro kit, check out the video on my page arron 0507. The only thing that i did different was i put the wishbone facing the front of the boat. I thought to much of the rod was backing out to much. I called Jackson and they said it didnt matter what way the wishbone was put.
