Info about the guitar from Jackson website:
Greek metal God Gus G. is one of metal’s reigning guitar virtuosos. He served as Prince of Darkness Ozzy Osbourne’s lead guitarist through from 2009-2017, while also establishing himself as an acclaimed solo artist with albums like I Am the Fire and Fearless. Gus G. has also managed to find time to perform worldwide with acts as diverse as Arch Enemy, Dream Evil and his own band, Firewind.
Jackson® pays homage to the prodigious guitarist with his very own signature JS Series Gus G. Star JS32T, which offers a fresh new take on one of Jackson’s original avant-garde body shapes.
The Star JS32T features a poplar body and bolt-on maple neck with scarf joint and graphite reinforcement to safeguard against extreme environmental and climate conditions. Hosting 24 jumbo frets and pearloid sharkfin inlays, the 12”-16” compound radius bound amaranth fingerboard is the ideal playing surface for speedy riffing or comfortable chordal work.
This pointy machine is fueled by Jackson high-output humbucking pickups that erupt with hot, crunchy tone perfect for any flavor of hard rock or heavy metal. Tone is customizable with a three-way toggle switch and volume knob, while the radius compensated TOM-style bridge with anchored tailpiece improves intonation and sustain across the instrument’s 25.5” scale length.
Ready to rip, this highly affordable axe comes dressed in an Ivory finish with chrome hardware and pointed black headstock.

Haha, that's funny and actually not the first time I've gotten a comment like that before. "JROID: Confusing Moms since 2020" should be my slogan...or just confusing humans in general. Anyways, I appreciate you taking the time to watch and comment, glad I could sell another guitar for Jackson, still no commission for me though. *a single tear rolls down my cheek...I drink it and it gives me strength.

Very cool, unfortunately I don't have any experience with the previous Jackson model or his LTD, so I'll have to take your word for it.

Thank You for watching and for the comment! I'm at a little over 5 months now with it and still loving it. As I said in the video, this is my first experience with Jackson so I don't know if all their guitars are like this, but the quality is really impressive. Especially considering this model is in the budget JS Series. As for the neck, it's pretty thin, really smooth and easy to play, very nice fretwork, no tuning issues, first experience with amaranth fingerboard, no problems there. Very comfortable guitar to play, quickly became my new favorite body style. Any more questions, let me know! I may do an updated 6 month review video pretty soon here.

No problemo, glad to help! Although I've owned a lot of guitars in my time, I don't think I've owned enough to confirm that statement. I can say that I certainly wouldn't argue against it, though. And I wouldn't even limit it to just a metal guitar, I've made a "KZread Shorts" video with this guitar almost every day since I got it, over 150 videos. And yeah, I did a few metal covers, but most were my own original music, which I would not describe as metal. I even recorded the latest studio release with it as well, it's very versatile and just hasn't disappointed me once. And I'm not even getting paid to say any of this...so I should probably stop being a salesman for Jackson Guitars..haha!!
