ahh I love his stunts and movies but he can still do all his stunts but some that seem dangerous why not use wires he still will be the best stuntman

Jackie's not only a terrific performer and first-rate stuntman he's a wonderful person.

😅 Yeah basically he had no choice in the beginning 😂, bc the production did not have enough money. Later he did have doubles, but on those extraordinary stunds he often did it himself, bc of the danger and he did not want to force someone else to do things he had the idea to, but are dangerous. And he couldn't be insured anyways. Onetime the stundman of another Co actor couldn't get the stunds right, so Jackie doubled the stunt double 😂.

Letterman is so lucky people put up with him in order to enjoy the awesome guests like Jackie Chan.

No matter, what he‘s doing: I always have the impression of Jackie Chan, that he‘s a lovely and in the best way natural person. I appreciate him a lot - without knowing him in person.

Do yourself a favor and look up one of Jackie's biggest influences, Buster Keaton! Jackie is such a ball of charisma!

That flip to sit on the chair, i would reckon that was improvised. True artist. Saw a video where Jackie had to guess whether a stunt will fail or succeed when shot was being played was stopped mid way through. If i remember correctly he got all right. Lifetime of experience.

Diane..he dialed that back almost imediately and clarified that he meant his last insane stunt action movie. He is not retired yet and hia latest movie "Ride On" just hit theaters on his birthday (7 April 2023) ...his 69th.

For a second, I thought Jackie Chan had died. But then I saw this was posted a year ago.
