*"Now you're going to want to have a hand on the knife and a hand on the tomato, firmly squeezing both until the nose starts to bleed"* -Jack Scalfani
Somebody once told Jack that a bread knife is alright for cutting tomatoes and all jack heard was a bread knife is the best thing for cutting tomatoes and just repeats it every time he sees a bread knife

I actually mentioned it to my mum, a former hotel cook, and she said that it can work as long as you aren’t trying to get very thin slices

You can cut a tomatoe with almost any knife it really doesn't take that much sharpness. A nice thin slicey chefs knife with a good edge is far, far superior however@Nick_C1997

I have teached my dad a bit of cooking recently. He can cut an onion better than jack can although he never cooks and never cuts vegetables
One armed Jack’s gonna strangle you if he catches you smoking the Devils Lettuce
You have to wonder about the guy who tries to saw through a (presumably) bamboo spoon with a ceramic blade, and is then in awe that the blades chipped...
From slapping pineapples to destroying ceramic blades, and everything in between How do you cook for this long and not have the faintest clue how to use a knife ... Must be the 4 strokes and salmonella, or the magic bullet that burned his omlette

All those times the omelette maker popped open were assassination attempts.
Love the mangled shred of tomato he presents to us as a shining example of his fine cutting technique
I'd be really interested in seeing Jack take an IQ test

I always wondered what jack looks like when he's excited about new knives, thankfully he cleared that up.
This also serves as a compilation of when he could use both hands.

half of them dont work anymore technically
The first time I saw him cutting something open with a kitchen knife I was like “what kind of person doesn’t have a pocket knife they use for this shit?’ Then it occurred to me. Jack is that exact person.
When the ceramic blade chipped against the spoon, I felt that in my teeth.🤢
4:59 No Jack, there's no way you could have edited this out and done another take

Hehe but where would be the fun in that
hes like the dsp of youtube cooking 😂
I love how he accidentally fire hardened the wooden spoon before trying to cut it with a ceramic knife.
Wonder how many of those Amazon knives were returned
I swear to god this is gonna be one of the funniest channels ever made. I’m crying.

It already is! Hahaha!
I like how he cuts the inside out of a watermelon wedge as if it showcases anything. Like yeah I really was wondering if a piece of steel designed for cutting could go through a fruit so soft you can crush it by breathing too hard near it.
Look at that

Some people think buying better gear will make them better. Doesn't work that way

Even without reading the directions, why would you test a kitchen knife like that? And I wonder if that wooden spoon has gone through some “cooking tests”

It’s him not answering the viewer mail for me 😍😍😍
Look at that!
The only knife Jack cares about is the one that easily spreads mayonnaise
His and Amberlynn Reid’s knife skills never fail to scare me
I did notice that he's actually right-handed, but he had to switch over to his left hand after one of his strokes. It'd be nice if he'd eat some of those fresh vegetables instead of just cutting them up.
Good video surprised this wasn't recommended to me before
Was 7 minutes in and felt like I've watched 40 minutes worth
Yes, Jack. I have eyes.
It's like this guy (I mean Jack, not the uploader of this compilation) doesn't know basic editing skills. Some parts of his videos could easily be edited out and should have been. I mean seriously you can do that in Windows Movie Maker.
Given Jack’s condition, I doubt he still does knife videos, but if he did, I would legit love to see him try out the Babish knives, since Babish is my favourite channel on KZread.
This guy officially has more knives than DIO
funniest jack spoofs ever
I was completely embarrassed to look at that.
Does he just have a garage filled with all accumulated knives?
