What do you do if the hole configuration is different than the set up you have?

I have the same question. My sliding door has four circular holes where the door handle should go but I don't believe I can but the door because the interior of the door is metal. Please advise thanks

@@ronreed3235 Hi, since the lock body is not a standard size, you will need to modify the hole on the door to fit it, which is a difficult part.

The instructions state you can reverse the handle direction, but not how.

Hi, there is a screw behind the handle that can be reversed when removed. There is a video display on the product page

Do not buy this product. It says you can reverse the handles, but they are so tight and intricate that it's not possible to do so. I did one but not the other.
