​ hello ma'am mere papa k tongue cancer December last me detect hua..5 saal phle unka heart ka b operation hua tha now heart 35 percent work kr rha h..so Dr operate krne ko b mana kar rhe hai..aise me inke phle 21 days k gap se 3 chemo lagi..then 35 radio therapy b hui...now 7 din k gap se 6 chemo aur di Dr ne...but problem abhi bhi kam nhi hui..aise me aap btaye hum aage kya treatment le jis se Inka cancer pura cure ho jaaye Please guide me best treatment option

Mam ek jaankari leni thi ki kuch samay se jeebh se blood nikalta hai to uske liye kya kr sakte hai jisse ye sahi ho jaye waise jeebh mai kuch bhi aisa mehsoos nahi ho raha hai ki lagye ki ghao hai. Or abhi 4- 5 din pehle hi pet ct scan kraya hi to usmai kuch bhi nahi nikla hai.

डॉ साहब आपने बहुत अच्छी जानकारी दी लेकिन मेरा जबड़ा निकाल दिया तब सही था कीमो रेडिशन के बाद ऊपर के दांत बाहर आ गए ओर नीचे के अंदर चले गए जिससे मेरा मुँह बंद नहीं हो पाता होंठ मे ऊपर के दांत लग जाते हैं

Thanks a lot respected Dr Rekha ji. I was operated in November 19 for Corosoma of tongue and left portion of tongue was cut and removed. Due to chewing of pan masala with tobacco there was also prblm of opening of mouth but after operation and Radiation treatment this prblm increased and hardly one finger can go in side. During operation almost my all teeth were removed and rest of the tooths became black and broken slowly. I am on semi liquid diet after my operation. I saw your knowledgeable video today and would like to know if there are any medicine also besides your valuable exercises. Thanks and God bless you.

Yes there are medicines but have to start during treatment now compele fibrosis done so it will not revert back 🙏, sorry to say that but u have to excel these facts , start exercise to stop further mouth closing

Medam ji do sal phle mera left gal ki sarjri hui hai usme mera mu bilkul band ho gya hai sarjri ke phle meri do ugali jati thi ab sui bi nai jati kaya mauth opan sarjri ho sakti hai kya

Mam agagar kisi ko buccal mucosa 1st stage and no lymph nodes involve cancer diagnos hua tha aur treatment me surgery aur radiation treatment hua tha lagbag one & half year complete ho gaya hai abhi two month se muh me ek chala aya hai jo dheere-2 badh raha hai aur mouth opening bilkul kam ho gai hai approx icecream ki 4stick hi enter hoti hai pahle 8stick jati thi dr ne biopsy ke liye bola hai lekin abhi ander ki mucosa itni damage hi ki earbuds se saaf karne per bhi blood aa jata hai to kya eaise me dobara surgery success hogi

Thanks mam it is very infomative video, but i have some query that with the help of regular exercise and all these tips did trismus completely cure and patient will live normal life

Mam I am 37 years male I operated and radial artery free flap was done on 23.10.23 now my Radiation therapy is completed on 14.1.24..mera chemotherapy nahi hoga mam...mai exercise kar raha hu mam but mera mouth opening 1 finger se jyada nahi aaraha kyuki flap hard hai abhi ..mam kitne din me mera mouth opening thik hoga aur taste and solid diet kab se khana start hoga mam??????

Gud evening mam, my father is suffering from SCC RMT Unki comando surgery hui 2 month ho gye abhi unki radiation therapy chal rhi hai but mam wo kuch bhi kha nhi pa rhe unko Pani tak niglne me bhi bahut problem ho hai aur unki tongue bhi only 20-30% hi move kar rhi hai mam kab tak thik hoga please guide I'll wait of your reply mam🙏🙏🙏

Thanks mem apne mouth cancer & nack cancer me very nice advice di.lakin Mera problam ye he nack surgery ke bad nack se discharge nikalta hi raheta he . Surgery ko one month ho gaya. Or node me nali Dali he. Mouth me bucal cencer ki surgery one year ago karvai thi abi vocal cord nikal Diya hai. Or discharge ho raha hai thodi jagah skin khuli Rahi he. Plastic surgery ke bad to kya treatment ho sakti he. Or mouth se Jo thoda khate he vo bahar vo nack se bahar aa jata he. Ap ka clinic kaha per he . Mem pl advice .it is very useful for my husband
