𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐏𝐮𝐝𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠:
* Semolina (सूजी) - 1 Cup
* Milk (दूध) - 2 Cup
* Saffron (केसर) - Some
* Sugar (चीनी) - 1/2 Spoon
* Ghee (घी) - Some
* Sugar (चीनी) - 1/2 Spoon
* Water (पानी) - 1/2 Cup
* Whip Cream (व्हीप्ड क्रीम) - Some
* Cherry (चेरी) - Some
* Saffron (केसर) - Some
* Pistachios(पिस्ते)
𝐀𝐯𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐝𝐨 𝐒𝐚𝐮𝐜𝐞:
* Avocado (एवोकाडो) - 1
* Lime Juice (नींबू का रस) - Some
* Onion (प्याज) - Some
* Tomato (टमाटर) - Some
* Green Chilli (हरी मिर्च) - Some
* Coriander Leaves (धनिए के पत्ते) - Some
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐒𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐰𝐢𝐜𝐡:
* Bread (ब्रेड) - 4
* Mayonnaise (मेयोनेज़) - 2 Tbsp
* Pizza Topping (पिज़्ज़ा टॉपिंग) - 1 Tbsp
* Cheese Slice (चीज़ स्लाईस)
* Green Chutney (हरी चटनी)
* Tomato Ketchup (टमॅटो कैचप)

✍🏻RECIPE:
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐏𝐮𝐝𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠, dry roast Semolina/Suji on a slow flame. Then keep it cool. Heat a pan, add Milk, Sugar, Saffron Milk, and Semolina. Stir it continuously and make lumps-free dough. Transfer the dough to a ghee-greased thali. Spread and press well. Then pour the Sugar Syrup and spread the Whipped Cream. Then garnish with chopped Dry Fruits, Colorful Cherries, and Saffron. Keep it in the fridge for 1-2 hours. Serve and enjoy!
𝐒𝐮𝐠𝐚𝐫 𝐒𝐲𝐫𝐮𝐩, keep the pan for heating, add Sugar, Water, Rose essence, and Saffron. Cook until the sugar gets dissolved and make sticky sugar Syrup. Turn the flame off and keep it aside.
𝐖𝐡𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐞𝐝 𝐂𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐦, in a bowl, add melted Whipped Cream. Firstly, let it come to room temperature first. Then beat it.
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐒𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐰𝐢𝐜𝐡, take bread slice, spread Avocado Sauce, place second bread slice, Green Chutney, Cheese Slice, and Tomato Sauce. Place the third Bread Slice, spread Mayonnaise Sauce, and cover with the fourth Bread Slice. Cut it into slices with a sharp knife. Serve and enjoy with family.
𝐀𝐯𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐝𝐨 𝐒𝐚𝐮𝐜𝐞, scoop out the Avocado flesh into a bowl. Add Lemon Juice, chopped Onion, Tomato, Coriander Leaves, Salt, and Green Chili, and mix well.
𝐌𝐚𝐲𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐚𝐢𝐬𝐞 𝐒𝐚𝐮𝐜𝐞, in a bowl, add Mayonnaise, and Pizza Sauce and mix well. This way, Tasty Pudding and Sandwich will be ready at home easily.
