✍🏻INGREDIENTS:
FOR SALAD:
* Paneer (पनीर) - 100 Gram
* Carrot (गाजर) - 1
* Potato (आलू) - 2-3
* Oil (तेल) - Some
* Salt (नमक) - Some
* Black Pepper (काली मिर्च) - Some
* Chilli Flakes (रेड चिली फ्लेक्स) - Some
* Coriender Leaves (धनिया पत्ती) - Some
* Green Chilli (हरी मिर्च) - Some
* Mayonnaise (मेयोनेज़) - Some
* Peanut (मूंगफली) - Some
* Dill Leaves (डिल पत्तियां) - Some
* Cucumber (खीरा) - 1
FOR PUDDING:
* Bread (ब्रेड) - 4-5
* Milk (दूध) - 3 Cup
* Custard Powder (कस्टर्ड पाउडर) - 2-3 Tbsp
* Sugar (चीनी) - As Per Taste
* Strawberry (स्ट्रॉबेरी)
* Banana (केला)
* Apple (सेब)
* Black Grapes (काले अंगूर)
* RamPhal (रामफल)
* Lime Juice (नींबू का रस)
* Sugar - 4-5 Tbsp
* Water - 4-5 Tbsp
* Kesar Chashni (केसर चाशनी) - Some
* Oil (तेल) - For Frying

✍🏻RECIPE:
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐝, take a plate and place an upside-down serving glass in the center by greasing it with Ghee/Oil. Firstly, put grated Paneer around the glass. Put Mayonnaise, Coriander Leaves, Green Chili, some Spices, grated Carrot, Mayonnaise, boiled Potato, Coriander Leaves, Green Chili, some Spices, roasted Peanut, grated Paneer, Coriander Leaves, Green Chili, some Spices, and Mayonnaise. Spread the Mayonnaise well and decorate with Soy, Coriander Leaves, Carrot strips, Grapes, Cherries, and Cucumber, and enjoy!
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐏𝐮𝐝𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠, take some Milk and add Vanilla Custard Powder to it. Mix it well. Put Milk and Sugar in a pan and let it boil first. When it starts boiling then gradually add Custard Milk and stir it continuously. As shown in the video, Cook it until it turns thick on the slow flame. Cut Bread Slices into shapes like stars, round, and square. Fry them in the medium-heated Oil. Dip the fried Bread into Sugar Syrup and take them out on a plate.
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐒𝐮𝐠𝐚𝐫 𝐒𝐲𝐫𝐮𝐩, keep the pan for heating, add Sugar, Water and make sticky Sugar Syrup. Then add leftover Kesar Sugar Syrup and cook well. Turn the flame off and keep it cool properly.
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠, In a tray/bowl, Custard Milk, fried Bread, and chopped Fruits like Apple, Banana, Ramphal, Grapes, Strawberries, Cherries, Pomegranate, Edible Sprinkles, and Dry Fruits. Cover and keep it in the fridge for cooling down. Then serve and enjoy with family! In this way, homemade Pudding will get ready easily.
