It is very easy to make this Pumpkin Sugar Big Huat Kueh, draw a cross with oil, and so easy to bloom.

金瓜 250克
热水 110毫升
细砂糖 180克
玉米油 75克
鸡蛋 1粒
泡打粉 1 茶匙
自发面粉 400克
牙签/ 沙爹棒

Caster sugar 180g
Corn oil 75g
Egg 1 pcs
Baking powder 1 tsp
Self raising flour 400g
Toothpick/ Satay stick
