TSUNAMI Tagajyo,Miyagi

This video was taken at the time of the earthquake four years ago.
What an exceptionally beautiful place . The enchanting coast with inlets ,islands, and hills made beautiful with healthy vegetation that one feels is full of life . The city itself is a delight to see , with the walks by the sea ,and the law and order of the many many dwellings and buildings . It is especially poignant for us to see , as most of us from other countries have not seen the Japan that existed before the ravages of the Tsunami. It is heartbreaking to see what was lost and will never be the same again . We were aware of the horrible tragic loss of life , homes , family members , and incomes but not of this wonderful place that many inhabitants will remember always with feelings of grief and sorrow to the end of their lives.

I can’t read the date on the video. It seems like all of the previous videos that I have seen on the 2011 quake and tsunami, the weather was overcast, and often snowy in Eastern Japan. Here the sun is shining, and the wave is behaving more like a “tidal bore” as a normal “king tide” flows into a low gradient stream near its mouth. People are gathered on bridges to view the event, instead of fleeing for their lives.
Looks like a beautiful country
The most polite tsunami ever filmed.
I gotta tell ya. This footage is rather underwhelming. THIS got over 3 million views?!?!
It's a blessing it seems they were spared destruction like other cities shown in videos where tsunamis occurred.

Or am I the dumb one that would evacuate the first second I knew there was a 9.5 earthquake miles from shore the shore I am standing on right now, so odd to me the families lost because they wanted to watch.
