പഠനത്തിന് ശേഷം ജോലിക്കായി കുവൈറ്റിലെത്തിയ വ്യക്തിയാണ് ഫസൽ. ഉയർന്ന ശമ്പളമുള്ള ജോലി ലഭിച്ചതോടെ വിവാഹം. വിവാഹത്തിന് ആറുമാസത്തിന് ശേഷം ജോലി നഷ്ടപ്പെട്ട് നാട്ടിലേക്ക്. ആ സമയത്ത് ഭാര്യ നീന ട്യൂഷൻ എടുക്കുന്നുണ്ടായിരുന്നതിനാൽ ബുദ്ധിമുട്ടില്ലാതെ മുന്നോട്ട് പോയി. ആ സമയത്താണ് സ്‌കിൽ ഡെവലപ്മെന്റ് ഇൻസ്റ്റിറ്റ്യൂട്ട് എന്ന ആശയം ലഭിക്കുന്നത്. എറണാകുളം നോർത്ത് ആസ്ഥാനമാക്കി, 750 സ്ക്വയർഫീറ്റിൽ ബ്ലിറ്റ്സ് എന്ന പേരിൽ ഇൻസ്റ്റിറ്റ്യൂട്ട് തുറന്നു. 2 വിദ്യാർത്ഥികളായിരുന്നു ആദ്യ ബാച്ചിൽ. എഞ്ചിനീയർമാരെ ലക്ഷ്യമിട്ടുള്ള മെക്കാനിക്കൽ QA/QC കോഴ്സ് ആണ് ആദ്യം ആരംഭിച്ചത്. ശേഷം, സിവിൽ, ഇലക്ട്രിക്കൽ പ്രോഗ്രാമുകളും, ലോജിസ്റ്റിക്സ്- ഓയിൽ റിഗ് കോഴ്സും ആരംഭിച്ചു. നിലവിൽ 50ലധികം ജീവനക്കാരുടെ കരുത്തിലാണ് പ്രവർത്തനം. ഇന്ന് 14,000 പേർക്ക് വിദ്യാഭ്യാസം നൽകുന്നുണ്ട്. ബ്ലിറ്റ്സിൽ പഠനം പൂർത്തിയാക്കിയ വിദ്യാർത്ഥികൾ റിലയൻസ്, ഖത്തർ പെട്രോളിയം തുടങ്ങി പ്രമുഖ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളിൽ ജോലി ചെയ്യുന്നു. 1 മാസം മുതൽ 1 വർഷം വരെയുള്ള കോഴ്സുകൾ നിലവിൽ നൽകുന്നുണ്ട്. ഡെൽഹി, ബീഹാർ, ഉത്തർപ്രദേശ്, ബോംബെ എന്നിവിടങ്ങളിൽ നിന്നെല്ലാം വിദ്യാർത്ഥികളെത്തുന്നുണ്ട്. ഫസൽ, നീന എന്നീ സംരംഭക ദമ്പതികളുടെയും ബ്ലിറ്റ്‌സിന്റെയും സ്പാർക്കുള്ള കഥ....
