Don’t you just love it how he helps us to get to our raw self the innate truth in us. Helping us taking these layers of conditioning, these words which we are stuck with. Learning about and managing all kinds of feelings functionally, taking responsibility for them including fear alone can make me free and peaceful.

May I suggest love? Not love of either nationality or religion. ? This is my question.
I am not sure what he means by "observing an insult with all your senses"?. For example, some says you're lazy, you do not have the skills etc, what does it mean to observe it with all one's senses?
