She may be an Angel but she had an opportunity to save those kids and she waited too long. After Charles was killed, I would have called Lori and offered her the entire amount of the insurance policy in exchange for JJ. Kay never did that. She said that she would have given Lori all the money for the kids but she never made the offer. Lori would have jumped at that….come ON. This is what it’s all about…..money. Of course Lori would have handed over JJ if only Kay would have made that offer. Kay tried to get him back and keep the money too. That was never going to happen due to Charles cutting her out of the insurance. Kay should have just given her the money and for the kids.

I’m also from the Trahan family in Lake Charles. We didn’t know JJ but we knew of him when he was born. We have all been waiting for the end of this nightmare . It’s too bad that Alex isn’t facing his crimes in a court of law but we have a feeling that he is facing much harsher punishment now

Yes it would’ve taken so much longer to figure out where Tylee and JJ had gone, people would’ve continued to believe Lori’s lies. And I think more people would’ve died, possibly Colby and his wife & child, they were already deemed dark he said. I heard one of Chads sons was on the dark list too, and Lori’s niece Melani’s children were probably going to be at risk too. The Woodcocks probably saved many lives.

Every objection the defense makes against the powerful and credible statements of Kay Woodcock, only undermines their own case. Kay's testimony is rock solid.

The jury heard what Kay said in spite of defense objections. Somebody searched for tropical cothing & malachite wedding rings on Oct 2 before Tammy Daybell's murder & items were charged to Lori's dead husband's credit card. While Kay had access to card, Lori & Charles were photographed wearing the clothes & rings in Hawaii. Prettysure it shows motive. Killing the kids when famiy would have taken them goes to vindictiveness, control & sense of superiority. Killing Tammy benefited Charles. Death sentence I hope.

Chad’s body language is completely shutting Kaye out. Not looking at her, squinting, constantly talking to his lawyer in the first minutes of her testimony. He’s not comfortable.

Charles spirit guided JJ’s wonderful grandmother to find the answers. She had money to hire PI’s due to his leaving money to her. I could only imagine Lori throwing paperwork across the room finding out she wasn’t getting crap! To find that they used his Amazon acct to buy clothes for Hawaii b4 Chads wife’s passing is chilling! Thank you, you wonderful Grandmother!!

Dearest Kay and Larry, you both have been in my prayers. Every child deserves to have people like you both in their lives. I will never forget you.

I heard on Annie Elise - 10 to life’s podcast that his laptop doesn’t have WiFi-it appears to be loaded with evidence, spreadsheets etc. The person who is reporting from the courtroom said when he didn’t want to look at someone (like now with Kay testifying) Chad ‘pretends’ to be doing work on the laptop which is laughable because there’s nothing he could actually be doing. So it’s very apparent certain witnesses make him uncomfortable enough that he pretends to work on the laptop.

WOW AND AS SHE SPEAKS ABT MONEY ..CHAD LOOKS UP FOR THE FIRST TIME....WOW

Kay is sharp as a tack. I would be terrified to cross examine Kay. I would tread softly.

It was all about money. She thought she would get his life insurance. JJ received benefits for having a deceased father and Lori got benefits for being JJs only surviving parent. She got money every month and didn't have to deal with Charles asking so many questions about her life. It also bought her some time for JJs murder. Without Charles wanting his visitation rights, she could move to Hawaii and keep Kay and Larry of her back for a while. I've always wondered how long Lori thought Kay and Larry would go without demanding to see JJ.

If the Arizona police did a proper, actual investigation after Charles repeatedly asked them for help about Lori having religious mania/delusions, no one would have died. And again, had they properly investigated after Alex killed Charles, far less people would have died.

Kay and Larry are champions in advocating for these children. These are two amazing people and the world mourns with them 💔💔💔

​@@kristenbradley6958 Being a stay at home mom is a lot of work. It's even more work than when I was in the military. I think she did it because she knew she could get money out of him. They didn't know that he was autistic yet, but he was born addicted to drugs, she knew that he would surely have some disabilities she could use to fill for SS benefits.

I don’t understand why Chad has a laptop? Also, I love how Kay reminds everyone over and over Charles was murdered, it needs to be said loud and clear. How does Prior sleep at night. I would work 5 jobs over defending that evil human.

I dont know that he is permitted internet access in a courtroom. Most courts dont even allow phones. I doubt very much he is scrolling the internet

@@justmeinhere5905 not really. He tried to dump this case & Chad and the judge would not allow it. The house is the only asset Chad has so he gave it to him for legal fees. The property value is pretty equal to what attorney fees would be in a criminal/murder case such as this one. Its not exactly a high end home. And he will have a lot of trouble selling it considering 2 dead bodies were buried on the property.

charles changing beneficiary to his sister knowing the danger and police not taking him seriously.. ..then lori and chad phoning to claim it. ooft...maybe hoping if he didnt make it , if anything did happen to him the money would be used for jj and the rest of the kids and extended family, instead of chad and lori milking it. he safeguarded everyone financially before he was taken.

Poor Tammy, JJ , and Tylie had pricetags on their lives. Lori and Chad are despicable!

I have I infinite love for Larry and Kay. My heart just goes out to them so much. The celebration of life was beautiful and such a wonderful tribute to Tylee and JJ.

This would kill me! My grandaughter is my life! Bless you Kay!

Agree. It enraged Lori. Since Kay got what Lori loved the most, Lori took what Kay & Larry loved the most. Tylee partook/saw Charles' redrum, and had to be silenced. Evil POS..Lori, Chad,Alex. All their buddies should also beg for mercy

I am zooming in on Chad while Kay is speaking, and notice that Chad keeps his eyes fixed on his laptop screen, inanely fiddles with things on the desk, leans in to whisper to Mr. Prior, and not once looks up or shows an iota of guilt or remorse for what he is hearing or has been a part of. What a despicable person he is.

Weren’t both Chad and Lori wearing those rings in Hawaii?!

I think they killed Tylee for knowing too much. She was their the morning Charles was shot.

I know this may sound dense. I knew JJ was her biological grandchild but it only really hit me right now listening to Kay speaking of JJs young life as I hadnt heard the whole back story. It breaks my heart to hear how he was loved so much until Lori changed. I really cant imagine how how Kay feels & she is so strong💔💔💔sending so many hugs for Kay & Larry ♥️🙏

None of us will never really know what happened to poor JJ and Tylee. Lori will never talk, Alex is dead, and Chad will lie no matter what.

Is Chad smiling or smirking? It looks like it. Chad and Prior’s whole reactions have changed. Whispering like two school girls. Is a grieving Grandmother funny to them?

This is the 1st time that i notice the family resemblence between Kay and JJ..in the pics you posted here..

Go to 20.00 and watch Day bell fiddling with stuff when his grandmother says his last birthday. That to me is a sign of feeling VERY uncomfortable.

Defense wasn’t objecting to her use of the word “murder” bc he planned to trip her up in cross examination when he asked her if she received the beneficiary money after Charles was “murdered by Lori and Alex” with no mention of Chad. Her pause is deafening before her answer. Prosecution sighs relief. They coached her for that. Well done
