I can’t stand Pryor’s style. Every time he says “okay okay” it’s clear he didn’t get the response he wanted. He also testifies repeatedly while questioning witnesses and it’s clearly an attempt to have the jury hear what wouldn’t be permitted.

The way Emma & Garth minimise their mother's life by intimating that a tired person who bruises easy is a candidate for early death is ghoulish & preposterous. Prior is not mounting a credible case in the face of these barbaric, sadistic murders that put Chad center stage as the ring leader.

Exactly why I believe that they knew something. Also, I am 49 in June & am anemic with Pernicious Anemia. I bruise super easy & also use arnica. Hope I don’t die of asphyxiation. My daughter also has the same issue. We recently moved & were covered in bruises. I hope she’ll be okay too. 😳 We both have diagnosed POTS Syndrome too so we get dizzy when kneeling or sitting to standing. If I were on this jury & knew nothing to little about this case until now, I’d think 100% that these children of Chad were either they were a part of his belief system, or don’t want to lose now their dad. It’s not that I don’t want to believe them, my gut says that they know a lot more. Knew a lot more. They have zero emotion. I couldn’t talk about my mother’s death even years later & not cry or continue to be monotone. It’s just strange & I hope that the jury sees through this. I don’t believe that Tammy believed in fundamental beliefs either.

If someone drives a getaway car to a robbery, and never goes into the store , just sends his partner into the store and his partner goes in and kills the clerk, then the person driving the car is just as culpable as the person who shot the gun! Thats actually a normal thing to do. Go to a mom and pop farm for compost and you’ll find lots of bones in it. I worked on a small farm for a couple of years and that’s where deal animals went. Best compost ever

Per the forensics,, she was likely dead 4-5 hours before they called 911. She was killed before he got home.

I totally agree with you , i have read many people have said ALLEGEDLY Tammy said a rifle/gun had been pointed at her, but chub ALLEGEDLY put it in her head it was a Kid with a paintball😮? So she changed beer story to. Paintball😮

Tammy wrote on her Facebook page that someone tried to shoot at her with a paintball gun.

Emma only cried when she saw herself crying in the video where dads getting arrested. . she didn't shed one tear on that stand for Tammy. instead she seemed to blame her for her bad health, refusal to see a doctor and laziness at night... Garth shamed her for ordering a cheese burger... these kids are disgusting on every single level....

KID- on the stand is an ADULT, married - on the witness stand, taken an oath to tell the truth…the word KID offers the impression as a young child…the entire family are a few cards short of a full deck.

Having his kids testify really hurt Chad. It showed just how manipulating he truly is. Just like the cult leaders that had all those people off themselves. The lack of emotion they had for their dead (murdered) mother is absolutely heartbreaking. Prior kept wanting them to show emotion, telling them several times, "If you need to take a break, need a drink or tissue, just let me know," They never did show emotion. That's definitely not normal! However, Prior did not get what he wanted. The jurors picked up on that for sure.

Not that I want to defend this guy, but I’m a teacher and I know some of my colleagues are very shy about public speaking when it comes to adults but are comfortable teaching kids. Also, some are more comfortable when it’s “their” subject area. Honestly, I think this guy could possibly be a cure for insomnia. I hope he’s more dynamic in class than he presents himself here.

Most witnesses, even police, showed emotion or cried for both Tammy and the children. Chad Daybell’s son and daughter did not cry for them, neither showed any emotion to two murdered children buried in the backyard. They did not cry for their own mother, no emotion whatsoever. This was even despite John Prior reminding them to get emotional at the beginning of each testimony by priming them with a statement about stopping to get tissues if they need.

This family is sorely lacking in any sort of intelligence. The son in law answered questions with ‘nope’ and ‘yeah.’ No adult would speak in such an adolescent way.

Any time a lawyer wants to meet with you of course they are going to advise you on how to act during court proceedings this is 100% covered, and the attorney office will even do a court mock up and go over questions and how to answer or react to them. This falls under client Attorney confidential privileges.

How is someone who’s been dead long enough for their blood to pool in their back like they had been laying flat for hours after death, according to the autopsy, just roll over out of bed?

I love my Dad but i would not take the stand and lie to help him get away with murder. It's not even like it's even sort of confusing whether or not he's guilty so it just sounds so ridiculous hearing them trying to defend him..they found two bodies in his backyard..end of story kids

Emma, Garth, and Jo (Emma's hubby) are all scripted. I felt 2nd hand embarrassment as they spoke in that awful monotone. Chad controlled them all.

The bland speech with the upswing contrast on nearly every line is super duper annoying & quite disturbing.

I think Tammy was murdered on the floor. A mattress has give to it, a floor is solid. I think she was murdered on the floor and Chad was trying to get her back on the bed and couldn’t. Dead bodies are way heavier that living people. I have seen an adult man try to pick up his dead 8 year old daughter and he struggled doing so and remarked how heavy she was. Tammy was what, 130 lbs? Dead weight would have been closer to over 200 lbs. No way could lazy Chad lift her back on the bed.
