It goes toward your account balance that you see at the end of the cruise
The fixed price Izumi lunch and fixed price Izumi dinner both include 1 small plate, 2 large plates, and dessert. Do you know why the lunch is cheaper than the dinner if what's included is the same? Are the portions smaller at lunch?

Not exactly sure, they are the same besides the time, so best guess is just because dinner time is in more demand.
Do all ships have lunch? Do you need a reservation?

If it’s a specialty dining you will need reservations
