    Why does Natalie Coughlin use rather straight arm recovery instead of high elbow arm recovery ? Is it because she has found that high elbow arm recovery is not efficient for short-distance race ?

    I can't believe how fast you swim without arms! I hope you didn't bang your head at the end of the pool! I love your longitudinal rotation - I am sharing it with my friends and students. You are a great example for us Zen Swimmers! (I am a recreational rather han a competitive swimmer) I say concentrate on the quality and the quantity will take care of itself!!!
